SHIPPING POLICY

1. DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped after the acceptance of your payment and the verification of certain data necessary for the proper preparation and shipment of the said order. The times below are specified as an indication and are from the receipt of the email confirmation of shipment, excluding preparation time. The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and, in no case, CB INC's responsibility could be engaged in case of non-respect of these times.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Delivery fees are offered in Metropolitan France, from 70€ of purchase.
Colissimo without signature:
the convenient, accessible and contactless delivery method.
Indicative delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.
Current rate: 6€.

EUROPE
(Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden).
Chronopost classic:
home delivery against signature.
Indicative delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.
Current rate: 12€.

UNITED KINGDOM*

Chronopost classic:
home delivery against signature.
Indicative delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.
Current rate: 12€.

REST OF THE WORLD*
Chronopost classic: home delivery against signature.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 working days.
Current rate: between 15€ and 20€ depending on the shipping zone.
Refill not available for the rest of the world.

*DELIVERY SUBJECT TO TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and customs duties may apply and are to be paid by the Customer upon delivery. The total of the order does not include these taxes and customs duties. You can inquire about the amount to be paid at the local post office.

2. RETURNS
DAMAGED PACKAGE

The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the products upon delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to make any reservations and claims that he/she deems necessary, or even to refuse the package, when the package is obviously damaged upon delivery. The said reservations and claims may be noted on the delivery slip, co-signed by the delivery person and of which he/she keeps a copy; or they may be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) working days, not including public holidays, following the date of delivery of the Products.

By signing the delivery receipt without expressing any reservations and by accepting the Products, the Customer acknowledges having received the goods without apparent damage at the time of delivery.

The Customer must inform the Seller in case of refusal of delivery or if he has transmitted such a claim to the carrier, by e-mail addressed to: hello@combeau.co

Failure to file a claim within the above-mentioned time limit shall extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code. Therefore, any claim related to an apparent damage at the time of the delivery could not be received.

WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, with their security sticker intact (any damaged, incomplete, damaged product or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be taken back), within fourteen (14) days following the communication of its decision to retract.

In particular, CB INC will not reimburse products whose security label/packaging has been removed. The returns are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...) allowing their return to the market in new condition.

The return of the product is made at the risk of the Customer. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged during the return of the product, CB INC reserves the right to refuse the refund of the returned product(s).

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer has up to fourteen (14) days after receipt of the Order to inform the Seller of his or her decision to withdraw by e-mail sent to: hello@combeau.co

The Customer must then return the Product(s), at his/her own expense, in its (their) original packaging, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his/her decision to cancel.
